21 August 2023 Leading car parking operator, CitiPark has further expanded its Manchester portfolio with the addition of a new branch, New Jackson, set to open in August.
The new branch will be located in the heart of the city centre, making it the fifth in Manchester alongside AO Arena, Dale Street, Ducie Street and Tariff Street. With this expansion, CitiPark, a subsidiary of property investor Town Centre Securities PLC (TCS), will now provide more than 9,000 parking spaces across key cities in the UK, including Leeds, Watford, Rickmansworth and Cheltenham.

The car park will offer 390 spaces, including 39 EV charging points. Customers can enjoy secure and well-lit facilities with prices starting from just £2.50 per hour.
CitiPark understands the needs of regular commuters to this key area and is therefore introducing season tickets as part of its offerings. Members will have unlimited access to the car park, and those who sign up before the branch officially opens can take advantage of an exclusive 30% discount on the season ticket price.
To enhance the parking experience for customers and residents, CitiPark will implement cutting-edge technology throughout the car park. The company operates a state-of-the-art remote car parking management system from its central 'Engine Room,' ensuring efficient operations across all branches.
Customers will also be able to benefit from innovative features such as the CitiPark App, contactless payments, the CitiPass digital permit and payment system for multiple users, as well as Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology, which uses advanced cameras to enhance the overall experience.
